When I disagreed with their non-course of action and said I would publish my views they accused me of Blackmail. Their Salesman said when I had problems in the past to contact him directly and he would look after the service himself. Smiley guy calls me defamitory names as soon as you contest his retoric and the service department utter bull stuff.
